1. Applicability

(1) The following terms and conditions are applicable for all contracts that are concluded between the customer and the Trading First Limited via the online shop.
(2) In compliance with these terms and conditions, customers can only be private consumers.
(3) A private consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is outside his trade, business or profession.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) The presentation of goods on the internet does not yet mean a contractually binding offer by Trading First. The contract between the customer and Trading First only concludes through an order by the customer and the acceptance by Trading First. A confirmation of the order reception does not yet resemble an acceptance. In case of acceptance, Trading First sends an order confirmation via email. The shipping of the orders articles to the customer equals a formal acceptance statement.
(2) The Customer can place orders in the Trading First shop by placing items into the shopping cart, going to “checkout”, filling in the required order data, accepting the Terms and Conditions and clicking on check out. After that the payment via our payment gateway will be necessary to complete the order.

 

3. Delivery

Trading First delivers the goods within three workdays after having received the order. In exceptional cases the time Trading First requires for processing your order can take longer. In case of delivery to countries within the European Union, the delivery takes up to five additional working days.

 

4. Payment conditions

Payments always have to be prepayment and will be processed via PayPal or credit card.

 

5. Price and shipping costs

(1) The prices at the time of the posting of the order by the customer apply.
(2) The delivery- and shipping costs are depending in relation to the ordered items and will be shown in the shopping cart prior to purchase. Potential exceptions are displayed on the particular product site.

(3) In case of delivery to islands or outside of the European Union, additional costs or fees such as higher shipping costs, taxes, customs etc. may arise and will be charged for prior to shipping.

 (4) Prices displayed in POUND are only valid in the UK, prices displayed in EURO are valid in all supported countries except the UK. You cannot place an order in EUR while being based out of the UK. In such case your order will be cancelled and refunded immediatly.

 

6. Revocation rights/Returns policy

You can cancel your contractual acceptance within 14 working days without notice, in text form via mail or – if you relinquish the item before the deadline – by return of the item.

In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and if so derived profits are to be returned. In case you are unable to reimburse us either in total or partially for services received, you are required to offer a compensation of equal value. This does not apply when the usage or deterioration is the result of a usage that exceeds the examination of the product’s correctness and its functionality. “Examination of the product’s correctness and its functionality” means the checking and testing of the particular product like it would be possible and common in a shop.

Any merchandise eligible for shipping will be returned at your risk and costs. Duties for the compensation of payments must be fulfilled within 14 working days. This period begins for you with the withdrawal from contract or sending of the merchandise, for us with the reception of it.

 

A full refund will only be granted if you follow our revocation process:

  1. Send your revocation within the 14 working days by mail to info@tradingfirst.co.uk.
  2. Wait for the confirmation and all further instructions that our customer support will send you within 24 hours.
  3. Follow the instructions on returning the product to us.
  4. After reception and examination of the correctness and the functionality of the product we will refund your purchase price via the payment method selected at your puchase.

 

7. Warranty

If there is a defect in the purchased goods, the legal regulations are applicable.

 

In case of warrenty issues you have to follow these steps:

  1. Provide us all the sufficient information (e.g. pictures) by mail to info@tradingfirst.co.uk to prove us that the case of warranty applies.
  2. Wait for the confirmation and all further instructions that our customer support will send you within 24 hours.
  3. Follow the instructions on how to proceed. We reserve us the right to decide in each case to rework, replace or refund the product.
